NIGER - Consultancy : Economic and Financial Model for the Electricity and Water Sectors in Niger

Background :
The consultancy services for the preparation of an economic and financial model for the electricity and water sectors in Niger is financed by a grant from the Public–Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF). PPIAF, is a multi-donor technical assistance facility aimed at helping developing countries improve the quality of their infrastructure through private sector involvement. PPIAF can finance a range of country-specific and multi-country advisory and related activities in the following areas :
Framing infrastructure development strategies to take advantage of the full potential for private sector involvement.
Designing and implementing specific policy, regulatory and institutional reforms.
Building consensus for appropriate policy, regulatory and institutional reforms.
Supporting the design and implementation of pioneering projects and transactions.
Building government capacity in the design and execution of private infrastructure arrangements and in the regulation of private service providers

Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (avec Metratech) a proposé une offre qui a obtenu la meilleure note technique :

Macroconsulting (Argentine) : 83.89
Castalia (Australie) : 81.61
Après quelques précisions, le projet nous a finalement été attribué
