In first step of my presentation I want to tell something about French way of reconstruction. In second step I will choose one or two possibility of reconstruction, which I thing we are able to use in Czech Republic. And I will show the way how to reach a good level of quality. The system which I want to use we can call Money adjustment. If the quality is good, I will pay 100%. If less I Will pay less money, If the level quality is more than I set than I will pay more.

Report contains description of the 5 concession cases in different countries. The projects are by nature fixed link type of projects, i.e. bridge or tunnel, but also one alone standing motorway stretch which does not form a wider network. Main value of the report is the collected data for each concession case, witch gives the overview and general picture of the project. In description of concession cases, it has been attempted to hold similar structure bearing in mind the possibility to compare the similar components in different projects.
