in my personal project I have already finished the part concerning the discription of the structure in the transport sector in Poland and the organization in my department. I have also completed the analysis of the way of preparation and implementation of ISPA projects in my department. Now I will concentrate on pointing out the problems encountered in the process and than try to find some solutions for its improvement in the context of extended decentralization.

Mon projet personnel s’intitule : Elaboration d’un guide méthodologique pour l’évaluation des aménagements de sécurité . A ce jour je crois , que je suis bien avancée dans le plan de travail déjà préétabli en concertation avec mes encadrants en France et au Maroc.La collecte de l’ensemble des données necéssaires est terminée lors des travaux intermédiaires. Il reste à finaliser la mise au point de l’ossature globale du guide et à concrétiser son utilisation par une étude de cas réels au Maroc. Ceci permettra d’avancer éventuellements des conclusions quant à l’intérêt de l’évaluation dans les programmes des aménagements de sécurité
